In an effort to keep you better updated about the status of your firearm repair, Midwest Gun Works has created a way for you to email us directly pertaining to the status of your repair or project. Please allow ample time after your firearm has been processed into our shop before requesting a status. Also, when emailing about the status of a repair please include:

• The name associated with the firearm. (Either your name or the name of the Dealer or shop that shipped it for you.)
• Manufacturer
• Model
• Serial Number
• Gauge or Caliber
• Any reference or order number you were given by us either over the telephone or via email.
