Description: Smith & Wesson SDVE Striker Assembly. This S&W drop in replacement striker assembly includes a matte black steel striker pin, steel springs, and a durable white polymer bushing and keeper. The striker group is designed to fit both the Smith and Wesson SD9 VE and SD40 VE pistol chambered in 9mm and .40 S&W. Perfect for use in an emergency replacement stash or great to have in the spare parts chest.

Unfortunately this item did not fit my SW40V, mine needed the flat striker not the round firing pin style. My mistake, but the product was excellent and service was fast !

This Striker is unique, it's not designed to fit any SIGMA or M&P pistols. What may people don't realize is that the SD Series pistol is the upgrade from the SIGMA to the M&P and although it shares many parts with the SIGMA & M&P. This Striker Assembly is not one of those shared parts. It's great to see that MGW has them in stock on a regular basis since many shooters prefer the SD Series Pistol over the M&P Series Pistol & unlike the SIGMA Series. The SD & SDVE Pistols are still in production.

This is a stock S+W drop in replacement part that fits my SD9VE perfectly. i had a hard time finding this part but Midwestgunworks came through.
