Description: Faxon Firearms 6.5 Creedmoor 16" Big Gunner Profile AR-10 Match Series Barrel. Constructed from 416-R steel with an inside and out salt bath nitride finish, this Faxon Firearms Big Gunner Profile AR-10 barrel is for your 6.5 Creedmoor chambered build. This barrel features a 16" length, has a 5/8"-24 TPI, .750" gas block diameter, 1.9" gas block journal length, a recessed target crown, and has been magnetic particle inspected. Take your custom workshop project up a notch with the premium constructed component and push your operational performance and competitive statistics.

The 6.5 Big Gunner profile barrels are the big-brother to the famous 5.56 Gunner barrels. The Big Gunners feature a medium-taper behind the gas block. The gas block journal is set to .750" for compatibility with most common gas blocks and 1.9" in length for long blocks or aftermarket piston kits. From the gas block journal forward we use a thinner taper, designed to reduce weight yet maintain rigidity for high rates of fire and as a suppressor host.
