Great Grips for SIG P229!!

I put these on a used SIG P229 Elite as the original and Hogue grips did not quite work for me. A little VERY LIGHT file work was needed to make the slide lock/release and mag release easily accessible and now these make my SIG fit my hands almost perfectly. Made a BIG difference at the range!! Only downside is that these grips from SIG are expensive, but as I see that having a good grip is necessary to me being able to work the pistol effectively they are worth the price.

My hands are on the smaller side and the E2 Grips felt like sand paper on my working hands. The grips needed mild sanding if you have stock slide release on the P229. After you get that squared away, the grip is supreme and feels way better in the hand. Solid, no FLEX and looks 3 times better. Get em.

I put these on my P229 enhanced elite .40. I had to dremel the left side right under the slide release. The release lever hit the grip just enough to where it limited the slide movement. Cleaned it out and you cant even tell. They look awesome. Wish I could upload a picture.
