This sight blade was an original factory part. It is a quick, simple install. Turn the original screw clockwise to break the shaft of the existing screw. Be careful when removing not to lose the spring & plunger ( I take mine apart inside a freezer bag just in case it goes flying). Re-assemble and stake the nut. Works like a charm!
