Description: Heckler And Koch USC Rear Sight Elevation Adjustment Screw. Produced from matte blued steel, this rear sight elevation adjustment screw is designed for the H&K USC rifle chambered in .45 ACP. The elevation screw installs on top of the rear sight assembly and allows the user to raise or lower the rear sight to correct aim.
