Description: Smith & Wesson N-Frame Bolt. This OEM factory original steel bolt is manufactured for the Smith & Wesson N-Frame Model of revolvers chambered in .45 ACP, .44 Rem Mag, .44 Special, .357 Mag, and .38 Special cartridges. The bolt of the revolver is the internal piece that the thumb piece drives against the center pin, allowing for the cylinder to be released outward. This part is perfect as a spare piece on the workbench or as an immediate replacement for a lost or damaged component.

One of the two was a perfect fit and the stud that controls the depth of the extractor pin fit perfectly flush and required no fitting…The other one had a stud that was slightly under size so I will not be using it…

The bolt was trimmed to short and it was harder to open the cylinder than it should have been. So I ordered a new one and it came quickly, I installed it and now the cylinder opens easily. MGW was easy to deal with and is the place I go for my gun parts.
