Description: Smith & Wesson Model 460/500 Center Pin. This OEM factory original steel forged center pin is manufactured for the Smith & Wesson X-frame Model 500 and 460 revolvers chambered in the .500 S&W Magnum, .460 S&W Magnum, .45 Colt, and .454 Casull cartridges. The center pin functions by securing the cylinder into the recoil plate. This component is perfect as a spare on the workbench or as an immediate replacement part for a lost or damaged piece.

I purchased this for the soul purpose of shooting 454 Casull through my gun since i did not want a burn mark build up in the cylinder when shooting my 460 loads
