Description: Smith & Wesson M&P 380 Shield EZ Front Sight Retaining Ring. This factory original front sight retaining ring is for the Smith & Wesson M&P 380 Shield EZ pistols chambered in .380 Auto. Manufactured from steel and finished in black, this retaining ring retains the front sight on to the slide. This part is perfect as a spare on the workbench or as an immediate replacement for a lost or damaged component.
Note: It is recommended that all Smith & Wesson parts be installed by a qualified and trained gunsmith.

If you're replacing a sight that somehow fell off, you'll be needing this clip. IMHO it should come with a replacement sight, but apparently it doesn't. Could find one in a hardware store for MUCH less money, but you'd have to know the exact size first. Bottom line, it fits and works.
