shot 25 rounds of remington rifled slugs. at 25 yds it impacted 18 in low, at 50yds, it impacted 12 in low 75 yds, 8 in low 100 yds 4 in low. this was with caldwell bench vice used. Off hand results were similar. The front site is non adjustable and obstructively large. I cut off some of it to make it usable. needed it to hunt 24 hours later.

I bought this barrel to put on a compact M3020. My father is aging but isn’t quite ready to stop enjoying something he loves…dove hunting. This combo allows him to shoulder and fire. This barrel is fixed-cylinder. I removed the front sight completely and ground-down the ramp/base to just above flat leaving about 1/2” for a front sight. Finished it off with a green dot of paint for a visible reference. Finished everything that was removed with flat black. Would make an excellent youth gun, fun gun, snake gun, truck gun, squirrel gun, or apparently a dove gun that was quite effective. Total length is well over legal minimum for a legal shotgun and recoil is very manageable. Add a slip-on recoil pad and it takes it back to non-compact (standard) length.
