This is NOT the locking insert used by the SIG P220 chambered in 10mm

The locking insert for the P220 10mm does not have a pre-ramp integrated into it. It is cut straight to make room for a longer ramp on the barrel. I do not know what the part number is for the correct locking insert for the P220 10mm. This is a quality part, but please do not order this if you are only wanting it for the 10mm. As a SIG factory part, I would recommend it for its correct applications, but it is incorrect for the 10mm P220.
