Descripton: Smith & Wesson Model 329 / 610 / 629 Grip, Black Rubber. This synthetic grip is designed to fit Smith & Wesson Model 329 "L" frame, 610 and 629 "N" frame revolvers chambered in .44 Rem Mag, .44 Special, 10mm and .40 S&W caliber. Designed to fit the round butt models to provide the square butt look and feel, this grip is made from black textured rubber, the grip features a stamped S&W emblem and includes a grip screw.

These are very nice closed back rubber grips. They look good, are hand filling and moderate recoil to a degree. These are perfect for any steel N frame revolver.

Found a new unfired 4 inch 629-6 from an estate. They had some pebble texture open back rubber grips. Got these as they are exactly what came on the revolver from the factory. The description mentions 329 grips. Have tried a pair of these on a 329PD. Better than the factory wood grips but go with X-frame grips. They have more padding. Nothing helps much with a 329PD. These with a regular weight 44 magnum are okay. An airweight 44 magnum has cruel levels of recoil.

Got a new S&W grip for a 625JM. The original grips had horrible fit and an open back. Wanted something with a fuller fit and closed back. Tried a pair of VZ round to square grips. They were better but these were perfect.
