This steel constructed extended slide stop lever with spring is finished in black and is an OEM factory original Glock component. There seems to be an issue with the finish on these gen 5 slide releases. I’ve handled two gen 5 34 MOS including one that I own and the finish seems to wear quickly with minor handling. I ordered this part as a replacement and the finish is already coming off and the gun hasn’t even been in a holster. Besides the finish the extended ambi slide controls are a nice upgrade on the gen 5
