Good luck finding replacement furniture for cheaper, let alone with a pad. Especially nice if you don't want to worry about a set that costs 2-3x as much getting damaged. Used the remnant of a closet pole for fitting on both, used on light 12s.

Nice looking overall with absolutely zero casting flash.
Perfect fit on a 1957 2 3/4 A5 with no modifications whatsoever.
Only issue
( and only because I'm picky ) is the forearm doesn't have a ball plunger for the retaining cap. $3.00 on eBay and 10 minutes work.
It may be just fine without it but like I said , I'm picky.
Much lighter than the factory wood with a better comb to front sight ratio.
I'm going to buy several more for all of my A5's and spares for future A5's.
Every child and grandchild's gotta have an A5.
Get em while you can.
I'm going to get mine ASAP.

This is the best option I’ve found for the price. 10 years ago when I was looking my best options online were 200-400 dollars. Only issue with this is the rear stock does not fit out of the box and will require a gun Smith for proper fitting

Due to an unfortunate event where my original forend finally cracked after 65 years of service, I was looking for cheap alternative to get my gun up and running. This was my answer. I’m familiar with the platform but not every nuance between older models vs newer or Belgium vs Japan made, that being said, mine required some slight fitting for everything to go into place but looks good and best or all, functional.
