Mossberg 500 FLEX Conversion Kit Stock & Forearm Adapters, 20ga.

I've had an old 20ga Mossberg 500C for years waiting on THIS set to be in stock. Anywhere. NO ONE has had it available for over 4 years, no exaggeration, that I could find. So when I found on MGW, I immediately jumped on it. Shipping was quick, but upon receiving it, I opened the package to find that it contained the forend adapter, and two of the retainer clips - it was missing the stock adapter itself. I submitted pictures to MGW, but any and all kits containing the stock adapter for a 20ga were out of stock. Steve w/ CustService apologized and suggested I try contacting Mossberg, but there wasn't really anything MGW could do to complete the kit, though they were absolutely willing to pillage another to send me that missing part. I contacted Mossberg directly since it was seemingly a packaging error on their part, but they also were completely out of stock for this part. Meanwhile, unknown to me, Steve hadn't dismissed the issue and had kept me on MGW's radar to fulfil my purchase. He actually CALLED ME for the quickest notification to let me know they had received a kit and he would be sending me out that missing part asap with no obligation on my part for needing to repackage my original kit and return! FOUR YEARS. Four years I have been waiting for this complete kit to update this old 20ga, and thanks to some fantastic customer service & diligence by Steve w/ MGW - it's finally about to be done. ...as far as the product itself... the stock adapter just shipped out, so I'll have to submit a review later.
