I ordered this factory stock to replace the original that was shortened by the previous owner. The new stock bolted right up with no issues. I am excited to use this rifle.

The only thing that I had to modify was the trigger guard. I had to shim up the trigger guard in order to latch the magazine.

I love the stock but disappointed it does not fit. I will have to take to a gunsmith to have it fitted. These stocks are probably cut by a CNC machine which in todays world should have fit my rifle. The problem is when the screws were tightened down the magazine would not lock and the bolt would not work. Loosen the screws and the bolt would work and the magazine would lock. CNC machines are very accurate if programmed correctly. This is a manufacturing issue that should be corrected. I did call and the gentleman stated oh they have to have a gunsmith finish the installation of the rifle into the stock. Still would recommend but disappointed.

Received my OEM stock for my Browning A-bolt II. Barreled action fit perfect into the inletting with one minor exception. While the rear tang screw fit and could be tightened the front Lug bolt did not line up. Putting the action in with the lug up against the rear of the tang inlet, allowing the Lug bolt to fit, the tang did not fit into the inletting. Some minor fitting and bedding will have to be done to get the action to fit.
