Beretta customer service told me this couldn't be installed without machining the slide and frame. Langdon Tactical said that was incorrect, and sent me the link to the part on MGW, and the link to the installation video. Easy install and perfect fit.

It is an original Beretta part. Fits well. But keep in mind when planning to add it to your PX4 Compact Carry pistol: you will also need a similar left-side slide catch that is not low profile. The low-profile left slide catch that comes with PX4 Compact Carry is not meant to be installed with the right catch.
