Promag 5.7X28 magazine
John
Location: Torrance, CA
Date: September 29, 2020
The magazine had a piece of wood inside that was used, along with the coilbound spring to make a 20 round magazine into a 10 round magazine. Then the magazine was glued together to prevent removal. It was annoying to listen to the thing bouncing around in there. I cut the glue and removed it. With the coil bound spring, it was still a 10 round magazine without the annoying noise. I do not know if the magazine works as far as feeding ammo as I have not ammo and none seems to be available.

They don't eject and I've experienced feed problems as well. I sent them into Promag and had the same issues with the next 3 they sent!

These mags may work ok in the USG or IOM version of the five seven. However if you have the MKII do not buy this mag they are crap!. They do not drop free.

These don't drop free and appear to be a 20 round mag. If you live in a restricted area like New York good luck convincing a cop they're legal!
