Ordered several different heights of these sights to fit a Henry single shot 357 on which I had installed a higher rear peep sight.
My order was shipped quickly (USPS routed through Texas was quite slow) and the sights fitted the barrel dovetail perfectly. Very satisfied; will order from MGW again.

Nice sight I replaced the front sight on my 1894 Marlin rifle with this sight. It cam with a .500" sight and shot way to low, so I replaced it with this .375" front sight. They look identical except for the height. now the rifle shoots dead on.

I installed a Skinner express receiver mounted rear peep sight, and I needed a taller replacement front sight to get on target. Worked well, but took some minor filing to fit. Not quite as nice as the stock sight, but a decent piece.

Savage 110 F

I needed a front sight for a Savage 110F. The first one I bought was too small.
I bought two more because I needed a taller front sight in order to bring the point of impact lower. The #450 was the proper height. I ordered a #50 as well.
I do not think I'll be using the #50 on the Savage. I may use it on one of my Black Powder Rifles instead.
The bases available at the time of order were wide based sights. The 340 wide based sights were out of stock.
In another way, the wide base also gives me more room to play with windage.
It works fine. If anyone out there is looking for proper front sight height for the old Savage 110F pre accutrigger, Look into the #45 marbles front sight blade.
The windage is on, the point of impact is perfect.
