Purchased this part along with the Extractor claw, and Extractor plunger to complete the missing components a used U22 Neos. Cleaned out the side of the slide where this fits into. Lubed the parts aligned them, and pushed them in until they snapped into place. Works well like it should. A DIY project done at a reasonable price.

Have a new to me NEOS and found a spare stripped barrel that needed parts to complete. Bought parts to complete the build and for spares. Hard to find NOS items for the NEOs but MGW has them. Shipping was quick and parts are as advertised.
