I think this sight is just what I was looking for. It has a little wider notch, wich makes it easier for me line up the sights. The blades on the sight are taller than the original. Now not hitting low. Didn't take long to get it to me.

This sight is a great improvement over the standard GI sight that came on my Rock Island 9mm. The white dots are very bright and give a clear sight picture. A little fitting is required, easily done with a file or emery cloth.

Received the sight extremely fast and had it installed. It fit perfect and aids in locating front sight very quickly. Would recommend it to ANYONE looking to change or upgrade their 1911. Thanks MGW for a great product at a great price.
