Description: Sure Cycle System For Remington 1100 and 11-87 Shotguns. This Sure Cycle System replaces the internal action tube components and is precision machined from high-quality stainless steel and aluminum to transform your shotgun into a high performing, fast, and reliable shooting system. This upgrade kit includes a stainless steel follower, a stainless steel hex nut, and 2 stainless steel springs as well as an aluminum retainer. The kit features a heavy spring, the shorter 14" spring, designed to deliver maximum performance for high velocity / mag loads and a light spring, the longer 15" spring, for low velocity target loads. You cannot damage the Sure Cycle or your shotgun by firing magnum loads with the light spring installed in the tube; however we recommend changing springs to obtain best results. This Sure Cycle System is designed for Remington 1100 & 11-87 12ga. models of shotguns and will not fit the 3-1/2" Super Magnum or Versamax shotguns. This system is proudly made in the USA.

The 1oz. loads that have become popular are fine for O/U guns but not for semi-autos. I installed the Sure Cycle in my Remington 1100 (which is 40 years old) and all of my cycling problems went away!

The Sure Cycle system is installed in a tactically utilized Remington 1100. It is an old gun and has been completely redone. The gun is only loaded with slugs or buckshot. The gun functions flawlessly. Installation is simple, the components are extremely well made. I was very happy to find this product and purchase it.

Haven't shot gun after replacing with kit. But it is high quality and l belive is the fix for my issue. A heads up to an issue l came acrost doing repair not related to kit. After removing the retaining pin to remove the action spring. The aluminum plug behind the spring was very hard to extract. Because the constant pounding on the pin had caused the tube holding the spring to become slightly oval making removing a round plug hard. I had to force plug past pin slot with tools. Hopfully to don't experience this. But my gun is a 1993 and who knows how many 3 in duck loads it has fired a lot l can tell you.

Had a gunsmith install the shorter spring (magnum) sure cycle in my Remington 1100 shotgun. After test firing several rounds of lead and steel shotgun shells, the gun performed as expected. This gun needed an upgrade as it was used extensively for waterfowling on the salt marshes of the lower Chesapeake Bay Western Shore.
