This 24pound spring is the ideal weight for standard velocity 10mm/460 Rowland loads. Wilson's testing has indicated that these springs have a service life up to ten times greater than conventional coil springs.

Swapped this spring for the double spring and guide rod that were in my Colt Delta Elite 10mm. The wilson combat guide rod is nicer than the one that came original with the pistol. Also the single spring feels more reliable than a double. I have put about 150 rounds through on this new spring with no troubles yet.
