I bought this to replace the factory rear U-notch sight that came on my XDM Elite compact 3.8" 10mm. Out of the box, it was shooting 2-3" low across several grain weights, and ammo types @ 25 yards. This factory "H" (high) traditional two dot rear sight corrected it to POA/POI. And it didn't cost an arm and a leg, shipped fast from Midwest gun works (as always), and even arrived in a factory bag that said "made in Croatia"! It even smells like a Balkan war criminal from the 90's designed it 😎ðŸ‡ðŸ‡·
