Manufactured from 6061 T6 aluminum, this American Built Arms Mod-X Gen3 side folder mechanism is perfect for equipping to most AR-15 style Milspec, commercial and pistol receiver extensions. Capable of locking in both open and closed positions, this side folding adapter mod also features a MIL-SPEC TYPE III hard coat anodized finish and is perfect for adding extra portability and mobility via folding of the stock. No special tools needed to assemble, this adapter is perfect for firearms such as the Kriss Vector or your current AR-15 rifle platform project.

The MOD*X GEN III Side Folder Mechanism is a folding adapter used for Milspec, commercial and pistol receiver extensions. No special tools to assemble and locks in the folded or extended positions. Can reduce the overall length of your firearm by up to half in the folded position.

NOTE: Cannot be used in any firearm that uses a recoil system that extends into the receiver extension tube. Only works with Milspec, commercial and pistol receiver extensions.
