Description: Arsenal AK Rear Sight Block Assembly, 5.45x39 Stamped Receivers. This rear sight block assembly from Arsenal is made from steel and designed to fit AK firearms chambered in 5.45x39mm with stamped receivers; this includes the AK-74. The assembly affixes to the front portion of the receiver, sliding over the barrel. The unit has a gas tube lever lock to secure the gas tube/top handguard into place. This assembly does not include a rear sight nor the leaf spring for the sight. Get your AK back into shooting condition with quality components from Arsenal.
