Great for OEM mags

This tool makes it super simple to disassemble OEM magazines with flat base plate, without needing to run into the workshop to clamp the mags in a vise. However, this tool does not accommodate the disassembly of magazines with Glock OEM +2 base plates, so keep that in mind if you're buying it to disassemble those.

I've found the best way to take off Glock mag baseplates is to use a c-clamp or wood clamp to squeeze the mag aroung the tabs in the middle. Then the baseplate slides off pushing the floor pate inward. This tool needs a lot of force on my 29 and 43 mags to pop the plate off.
