Description: Browning BAR Type 2 Grade 3 Magnum Stock, Gloss. This factory original stock features Browning's signature gloss finish along with checkering and carving along the bottom of the border of the checkering on the pistol grip. This OEM buttstock comes with factory fit black, rubber recoil pad with a white line, and also has a pre-drilled hole for easy installation of a sling swivel stud. This wood stock fits Browning BAR Type 2 rifles chambered in magnum calibers. This includes rifles chambered in .300 Win Mag,7mm Rem Mag, and .338 Win Mag. This is a Browning factory original part made to the same high standards as the stock that originally came installed on your rifle.

The production of the BAR high power rifle began in 1967 and lasted through 1992. The BAR Mark II series was introduced in 1993 and is still in production.
