Description: Desert Tech MDRx Conversion Kit, 7.62mm/308Win 16" Barrel Forward Eject. Focused on the most powerful cartridge in the MDR lineup, this .308 Win and 7.62x51mm barrel forward eject conversion kit is manufactured for the Desert Tech MDRX (Micro Dynamic Rifle). This conversion kit includes a 16" long barrel with a pre-installed gas block and adjustment, a 20 round Magpul Gen M3 magazine, bolt and chute panel. This conversion kit allows the operator to quickly convert from multiple calibers to the .308/7.62, and the barrel is truly free-floated by design so barrel whip does not affect accuracy. This kit is perfect for your next workshop project or as an immediate replacement piece for your MDR rifle.
The Multi-Caliber modularity of the MDRX is what sets it years ahead of the competition. Caliber conversions can be done with minimal tools and in less than a few minutes. The Desert Tech MDRX Conversion Kit comes with everything you need to switch your MDR or MDRX rifle from one caliber to another. All MDRX Conversion kits come with Desert Tech's proprietary Ratchet Compensator installed! The Ratchet Compensator has been designed specifically for each caliber to maximize performance for your MDRX and any other brand rifle. The Ratchet Compensator reduces recoil while giving better muzzle control and nearly eliminating all barrel rise. MDRX Conversion Kits are available in multiple calibers, barrel lengths and in forward or side eject configurations. MDRX Conversion Kits give you the ability to have multiple rifles/calibers out of one platform, allowing changing from one caliber to the another without having to re-familiarize yourself with a completely different cheek weld, grip, trigger, controls, optic or balance.

Midwest Gun Works DOES NOT ship high capacity magazines to the states listed below.
Midwest Gun Works DOES NOT offer refunds in place of the magazines.
It is the customer's responsibility for understanding state and local laws regarding magazine capacities.
Customers ordering magazines that are illegal to own in their state will have their orders cancelled and will be charged a 5% restocking fee.
States with applied magazine restrictions:
- California - no magazines greater than 10 rounds
- Colorado - no magazines greater than 15 rounds
- Connecticut - no magazines greater than 10 rounds (larger with a valid permit.)
- Delaware - no magazines greater than 17 rounds.
- Hawaii - no pistol magazines greater than 10 rounds
- Illinois -
- No pistol magazines greater than 15 rounds
- No rifle magazines greater than 10 rounds
- Chicago, Highland Park, Cook County, Dolton, Homewood & Oak Park- no magazines greater than 10 rounds
- Maryland - no magazines greater than 10 rounds

Exceptions:
- L.E.O. must provide both their credentials and a letterhead signed by their department's superior officer stating that the magazine/weapon will either be used in the execution of the L.E.O.'s duties, or off duty
- o Midwest Gun Works only recognizes City Police Officers, County Sheriff Deputies, and State Police (including Highway Patrol) as L.E.O.'s.
Midwest Gun Works will not disassemble magazines to be sold as magazine parts.
