The alignment holes on the bottom of the optic plate were not correct. The plate had been machined 180 degrees from what it should have been. It fit correctly if installed backwards, but wouldn’t fit if mounted correctly. By enlarging the alignment hole I got it installed. I am sure it is just a one of mistake. Great product allowed me to mount a red dot on my pistol. So far I have had no issues during shooting

The plate appears to be the proper one but I didnt receive any screws with which to attach the plate and have NO idea what size to go looking for. I guess I will try to contact MGW to see what to do. The order did ship quickly and was packaged well and if I had the screws Im sure I would be completely happy.

The plate is slim and eel made. However, there were two problem with the screws that came with it. First, the screws were very cheap and strip very easily. All of the screws I have already stripped from Torquing it to 15 inch pound. Beretta said They wont have any screws in stock until October 2023. Second issue with the screw is that it is a bit too long. It touches the gun after tighten it and that force the plate to come loose because of the contact of the screw to the gun. After torquing the screw to spec, I told the gun to the range and it won’t shot accurate bc the plate had come loose after a few rounds. To fix this problem I had to buy new screws (since the one Beretta provided were all stripped) and file down the screw to prevent it from coming in contact with the gun. I Took the gun back to the range and everything was fine. The plate is good, just a little frustrating having to deal with the screws beretta provided.
