This piece functions by providing a point of contact for the operator to release and mag and is perfect as a spare on the workbench or as an immediate replacement for a lost or damaged piece.

This was an OEM part that replaced a defective one that was in my ACR that I thought was fine until I used someone else's ACR. Out of warranty and being bounced around like a ping pong ball in a tornado at Bushmaster, MidWest was the way to go and a lot less painful. Great price, shipped quick, love it!
