Descripton: Remington Model 552 Carrier Spring. Designed to fit .22 caliber Remington Model 552 Speedmaster rifles, this polished steel coil spring is a direct factory replacement component. The carrier spring provides tension to the carrier and is part of the trigger plate assembly. This OEM spring is great to keep with your spare parts for an easy repair to your 552 carrier assembly.

Replaced all 7 springs in my Remington 552 Speedmaster. Had jams like 7 out of 45, after springs being replaced now am down to 3 out of 123, not perfect but definitely improved. Several of the old springs were shorter compared to new springs. Most notables were the action, magazine and especially the carrier spring.
