This MONOGRIP from Hogue is created from a durable yet comfortable molded black rubber and is designed to fit a variety of 1911 Government model pistols chambered in 9mm, 10mm, .45 ACP, .38 Special or .22 LR. Colt Government Full Sized models along with Springfield Government and most similar clones can accept this grip upgrade. This grip replacement securely wraps around the front of the grip and uses existing pistol grip screws to secure it to the handgun. The COBBLESTONE texture provides a superior non-slip grip, the front finger grooves increase control dramatically and the unique rubber material is virtually impervious to all oils and solvents thrown at it. These grips are designed to work with factory hardware. 1911 Government grip screw hole spacing is 3 1/16". Grip screws should be tightened to 12 in/lbs of torque with a correct fitting 3/32" hex driver.
