Description: LimbSaver Classic Precision Recoil Pad, Rem. 700 SPS/ADL/BDL, 7600, 870, 1100, 11-87, SP-10. & Christensen Arms. Reduce your recoil up to 70% and experience flinch free shots when using this Precision-Fit Recoil Pad from LimbSaver. This recoil pad is designed with a non-slip NAVCOM material, anti-muzzle jump technology, and is easily installed with no fitting required. This recoil pad adds 1 inch to your length of pull. Was buying for Remington 1100. However, what I got was not for the 1100. I contacted the manufacturer, they had me send it to them and then sent me a new one. However, the one they sent was for a T/C gun. Than they had me take measurements and use a template, I even sent them pictures. They informed me they do not have a recoil pad for my gun. ITS A FLIPPIN REMINGTON 1100.
Limbsaver is a crock of you know what. Sorry but you shouldn’t ask the question if you don’t want to hear the answer.
Would NOT recommend the product.

The LimbSaver recoil pads fit perfectly on our Remington model 870 Police Magnum synthetic stocks with no fitting required. I am a U.S. Dept. of the Interior armorer and I have outfitted many of our firearms with these pads. They work great at reducing felt recoil and save new shooters, especially, from developing flinching problems.

Shows recoil pad on wood stock on web site.Apparently there is not a recoil pad for a model 7600 wood stock.

The recoil pad is great, helped a lot on the 7 rem Mag I used it for. However be aware this does not fit an older wood stock. Maybe I missed something in the description, I just saw rem 700 and hit go. It requires the recess within the stock to fit, it is not flush mounted like the older plastic plates. Nothing a hacksaw and some adhesive couldn’t fix however and still worked fine after being “bubbafied”.

Switching to this pad on my Remington 870 made a huge difference. I shot 5 rounds of 2.5” 1ounce hollow point slugs one right after the other and my shoulder was comfortable.
