Description: Magpul DT Carbine Mil-Spec Stock. The DT Carbine Stock - Mil-Spec is a direct replacement buttstock for AR15/M4/M16 carbines. The enhanced ergonomics boast a newly designed buttpad, sloping cheek weld, slim profile and compatibility with the Magpul CTR line of cheek risers. The stock is available in either black, flat dark earth or OD green finishes. Also showcased in the stock is dual tensioning technology, which provides greater strength and security for a more rugged and stable platform that's easy to adjust. The DT Stock is an A-frame style carbine stock that features an auto-engaging friction lock that's reflexive and inert during adjustment. This produces additional tension on the buffer tube, providing extra tight lockup that minimizes movement between the stock's lock pin and receiver extension. The result is increased durability in case of severe impacts and quick, smooth, and frictionless length-of-pull adjustments on the fly. Other features include a unique, non-slip butt-pad that matches the footprint of the SL line and incorporates the optimized curvature from the CTR, an ambidextrous adjustment lever, a rotation-limiting QD sling mount, and a 1.25" footman's loop.

NOTE: There are two basic sizes of M4 Carbine receiver extensions (buffer tubes): Mil-Spec and Commercial-Spec. The DT Carbine Stock will only fit with the common Mil-Spec tube.
