Description: Midwest Industries Alpha Series AK Mini Dot Mount, T2. Machined from 6061 aluminum, this Alpha Series mini dot T2 mount is designed by Midwest Industries for the AKM, AK-47, and AK-74 firearm platform. The mini dot mount utilizes a steel locking block to secure on top of the receiver, in place of the rear sight. The mini dot mount also provides a built in iron sight that allows lower 1/3 co-witness with most red dots.

• A simple solution allows for the mounting of red dots on T2-footprint plate
• Designed to fit AK47 and AK74 rear sights on stamped or milled firearms
• Extremely rigid design utilizing steel locking blocks to ensure minimal side-to-side play
• Features built-in Iron sight, allowing lower 1/3 co-witness for the use of backup sights with most red dots
• No permanent modification to firearm, allowing factory rear sight to be reinstalled if desired
• Will still allow full field stripping with standard AKM pattern rifles
• Does not allow for full field stripping on Yugo-pattern rifles
