Description: Power Custom Smith & Wesson J/K/L/N-Frame Extra Length Internal Firing Pin. This extra length internal firing pin is designed by Power Custom for the Smith & Wesson J, K, L, and N-Frame revolvers. The longer firing pin provides a consistent, more positive ignition, with the lightest hammer tension allowing for a lighter, smoother action.

I purchased this because I changed out the springs for a lighter trigger pull. So far it works great and have not had any soft primer strikes

This is a superb replacement firing pin. My S&W revolver went from 60% reliable to 100% reliable, especially when firing double action. I'm very pleased with the product!
