This OEM factory original magazine catch is manufactured for the Springfield Armory 1911 pistols chambered in .45 ACP, .38 Super, 9mm, 10mm and .40 S&W. Produced from stainless steel, this piece is responsible for retaining the mag when inserted into the firearm.
