Description: Altamont Smith & Wesson J-Frame Grips Round Butt, BATELEUR Silverblack Crockback/Stipple w/ Crocback Backstrap w/ S&W Logo. Crafted from quality silverblack finished wood, this grip set is designed for Smith & Wesson pistols with "J" Frames. These grips showcase "Crocback" style stipple checkering, "Crockback" style backstrap, and a laser engraved Smith & Wesson logo. This set comes with both left and right grips and two grip pins. Proudly made in the U.S.A.
Note: It is recommended that all Altamont parts be installed by a qualified and trained gunsmith.

The grips look and feel amazing. The extra finger grove helps. Major complaint though?, with these grips, I can no longer use a speed loader. The inside round gets hung up against the grip. An efficient tactical reload is now impossible. The inside casing will jam against the grip and hang-up.

Shocked I’m the 1st to write a review. These grips are so amazing I was placed on multiple lists waiting for them to be restocked. Ordered them last week and see they are already sold out again. Altamont grips are beautiful as well as functional. The combat extension for the 3rd finger makes shooting +P ammo a must. Highly recommend.
