Description: Altamont Smith & Wesson K, L-Frame Grips Round to Square Butt Conversion, Target Super Rosewood Checkered Engraved w/ S&W Medallions. Manufactured from quality rosewood, these grips are designed for Smith & Wesson pistols with "K" or "L" Frame grips. Showcasing beautiful checkered engravings and silver Smith & Wesson logo medallion, this grip set converts Round Butt grips to Square Butt grips. This set comes with both left and right side grips and two grip pins. Proudly made in the U.S.A.
Note: It is recommended that all Altamont parts be installed by a qualified and trained gunsmith.

Good quality, nice fitment to my 686. Be aware that it does NOT come with the required grip screw. I contacted Altamont and they sent me the correct screw.
