I have heard the bolt handle hits the safety but to my surprise it does not hit the Sterk swept back handle which is what I have and highly recommend regardless of whether you get this Timney. When I installed it, it was as advertised regarding pull weight. But if you knew me you would know that I can't leave anything alone. Long story short, I removed the paint from the sear adjustment screw and set that to where it just broke and then backed off a 1/4 turn. Next I adjusted the 2nd stage as light as I could get it. Last I adjusted the 1st stage and removed 99% of the 1st stage pull. Now I have a hair takeup crisp breaking no overtravel 11 oz trigger according to my 5 pull average on the Lyman digital scale.
