Description: Tandemkross Green Springs Ruger MK Series Magazine Springs, 3 Pack. This set of 3 green finished aftermarket magazine springs are crafted of durable steel to provide greater performance from Ruger MK series mags. This spring set is designed for both 22/45 and standard versions of the Ruger Mark I, II, III, & IV models of pistols chambered in .22 LR. Simply replace the standard springs of your magazines to these stronger springs and eliminate feed failures and improve longevity of the mag. Performance components from Tandemkross offer you that competitive edge over the competition. This item is proudly made in the USA by Tandemkross and come with a lifetime guarantee.

Upgrade your Ruger MK series magazines with aftermarket Ruger magazine springs from Tandemkross. Magazine springs wear and tear over time, reducing the performance of your magazines and resulting in failure-to-feed issues. Don't let an underperforming or missing spring derail a shooting sports competition or day at the range!

The new Green Springs for Ruger MK Series are shot-peened for a significantly longer life than the factory spring. The upgraded magazine springs reduce failure-to-feed issues and are an ideal replacement for your old, broken magazine springs. Sold in 3-packs, Green Springs are an ideal upgrade to keep in your range bag for easy maintenance on the go. The dark green color of the magazine springs is a simple way to keep your upgraded springs separate from factory springs.

Nice Upgrade and a Much Smoother Feeling When Loading Ammo

Watch this video for how to install the Tandemkross Green Springs and a more specific review. https://youtu.be/5bLc3iIEgNk The Tandemkross Green Springs are a nice upgrade to your default springs. They have a nice finish which makes the follower go up and down very smoothly when pushing on the follower button to load your ammunition. The stock ones can have an almost sandpaper like feel to them when trying to load your ammo. So if you have that kind of rough feel when pushing on the follower button to load your ammo, its because the finish on your factory springs are pretty much gone or they have started to rust a bit. The springs are also a bit longer and stronger than factory magazine springs which helps your bullets feed better, preventing jams. Who doesn't want to prevent jams? These are great springs, I would recommend them to anyone looking to solve that rough feeling or if you are having too many jams, these can also help with that.

Worked for my NEOS problem

So right up front, I did not use these on a Ruger. My Beretta U22 NEOS, which has magazines verrry similar to the Ruger MK series, has this issue where after three or four dumps of 10 rounds out of the mag, they foul to the point that they'll no longer feed reliably. Disassembling them and cleaning them solves this but is impractical at the range. The OEM springs are just a bit too weak. So I carefully cut down these Tandemkross springs (the NEOS magazine is physically shorter than the MK series mag) by about 3/4" and flattened the end of the spring where I cut it to match the uncut end. This solved my feeding issue in the NEOS, I can now actually enjoy a session at the range without feeding jams.

This was my second order for the TK Mag Springs. The first lot, combined with the Volquartson Follower Buttons, improved every MK lll/lV mag I installed them in. My results were so good, I returned for another batch. I do a lot of speed metal, and need a lot of magazines. They must work. A jam will ruin a good score. Some of the Ruger MK mags need attention to work properly, but if you're going to do the work, it makes sense to improve the components. These improved additions really work.

MK 2 22/45 Mag Spring Replacement

Bought a used 22/45. THe only mag they had looked like it had been loaded and left that way for years. (The ammo was even corroded, but the gun althioug dirty look good and the price was just too good not to take.) The Mag spring was having problems on the last 3 rounds so got Tandemkross replacement. Pull the spring and it was about 3 inches shorter than the Tamdem. Other than having to attempt 3 times to get it fed, it kept binding up, I ended up shoving a rag in the body to keep the spring from jumping over, it has been a great replacement. No issues

I have been in the hospital for the last couple of days and have not been able to install the springs. I am sure that they like all other products that I have ordered they will be great.
