Machined from aluminum and steel components, the Mil-Spec Wilson Combat AR-15 carbine buffer kit is manufactured for AR-15 platform rifles chambered in .223 Rem and 5.56x45mm. This kit includes a Mil-Spec 7075-T6 aluminum buffer tube with 6 positions, a steel buffer spring, end plate, lock nut and carbine buffer. Perfect for finishing your custom AR build or to upgrade an existing system, trust Wilson Combat components in your firearm.

I won a $100 gift certificate in the MGW giveaway for January 2022. Suddenly my rifle build was within reach. This is the buffer tube setup I chose. It's Mil-spec and being Wilson Combat, I know it's top drawer. Been to the range twice so far, and it works. That's about all I can say until I get many more rounds through it and years on it. I expect this to never have a problem,
